Based on the need of the individual, ADEO’s uses a simple approach to preparing persons with physical or mental challenges for employment opportunities. The current approach is the utilization of in-person or virtual trainings.

Employers who hire persons with physical or mental challenges maybe eligible for a number of benefits from Florida’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Guide to Employment
To be eligible for ADEO support, participants must meet the requirements of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) for services. Individuals with disabilities can apply for services by contacting a local DVR office.
Training For Disabilities
H.O.P.E. participants must meet the requirements of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) for services. This includes documentation of a physical or mental disability that results in a barrier to employment.
